This ancient practice invites you to sit over a warm herbal steam infused with plant allies chosen to support your intention - whether it’s to clear old energy, honor your cycle, nourish fertility, or simply reconnect with your womb. As the steam rises, so does your power. You are invited to soften, to listen, and to let go. Each ceremony includes: • Intuitive selection of hand-blended herbs to use during your steam and take home with you. • Guided meditation or prayer • Womb connection + breathwork • Optional journaling or energy clearing This is a beautiful offering for anyone with a womb -whether you're bleeding, postpartum, or moving through transition. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, rooted, and more connected to your feminine essence. Please note: Yoni steaming is not recommended if you are: -Currently pregnant -Actively bleeding (on your period) -Have an active infection or open wounds -Have an IUD or similar internal device (please consult your provider first) Always honor your body and intuition. Cancellation Policy
Energy sessions are a sacred co-creation. As a practitioner, I hold space with presence, integrity, and reverence for your journey. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Consent & Safety: Energy work is a non-invasive, supportive modality. You always have the right to pause, ask questions, or end the session at any time. Your emotional, physical, and energetic safety is my priority. Not a Replacement for Medical Care: Reiki and energetic healing complement but do not replace medical or psychological care. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or offer guarantees of outcomes. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged $75, as that time is held just for you. Confidentiality: All sessions are held in complete confidentiality. What is shared in our time together stays in sacred trust. Aftercare: Energy work can stir emotions, insights, and shifts. I recommend grounding after sessions with rest, hydration, time in nature, or journaling. Herbal allies may also be suggested to support integration. Reiki honors your body’s innate ability to heal. I am simply a channel, a witness, and a guide walking with you back toward your own light.
